1) Most items are in stock. If they are not in stock, a red "temporarily out of stock" note
will be next to the item's price. If for some reason the item
you ordered is not in stock, we will email you right away.
2) Payment Options: Money orders or Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, Online Shopping Cart.
We accept VISA/Mastercard ONLY through the online shopping cart. (we DO NOT take credit cards via mail or telephone order) We have chosen the PayPal system because of their Guaranteed Secure Server, Fraud Protection Guarantee, and ease of use.

If you want to pay by Visa/Mastercard through our on-line shopping cart system of PayPal.com, just click on the button next to the item- Only U.S. buyers can use the online shopping cart.
You will always get a confirmation email of your order. If you do not get an
email, we did not get your order- most likely, you did not complete all the steps to the shopping cart system. If for some reason the item
you ordered is not in stock, we will email you right away. Otherwise, assume your order will ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
3) Shipping Rates: U.S. SHIPPING: Shipping is added in automatically
with the shopping cart system for U.S. Residents only. We ship USPS Priority mail which is normally 2-3 business days to most states. For international shipments, please email us for rates.
The USPS raised it's rates as of Jan.7, 2001 so unfortunately, our rates had to increase also. $4.50 Priority mail shipping (includes delivery confirmation) for 1st item, add $.50 for each additional
item. (*Please note that for the Cotton Skullcaps,
we ship regular first class mail.)
If you are mailing in your order, email us for shipping rates if you are purchasing multiple
quantities.*Indiana residents add 5% sales tax to your order total.
Insurance is available
upon request. Add an additional $1.10 if you want insurance for up to $50, $2.00 for up to $100.00. The included delivery confirmation does NOT cover loss of shipment or shipment damage- all it does is confirm that the parcel was delivered to the address. The insurance covers BOTH lost and damaged packages. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments if you choose to waive the insurance.
4) International Orders: Please email us for international shipping rates. You can also pay with our online service of PayPal, but CANNOT use the shopping cart system because the shipping fees calculated are only for U.S. customers. (PayPal is free to use for buyers.)
International customers can also pay by credit card for a small fee using BidPay (link below).
5) Mail-In Order Form: If you are mailing in your money order or personal check, feel free to
use the "Mail-in Order Form" which you can access with the below link. If you
don't want to use that form, just make sure to send in your mailing address along with
the item you are ordering.
6) Return Policy: Refunds (less shipping costs) will be honored if the product is returned within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Products returned after 7 days of your receipt of the item will be refunded less shipping costs AND a 25% restocking fee. (Absolutely no returns will be allowed after 30 days.) ALL returns MUST be UNUSED in mint condition with all original tags and packaging in order to receive any refund. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! Please inspect and try on any product as soon as you receive it so all returns can be processed in the appropriate time frame. Return to the below address along with a copy of your receipt.
